Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As our Chief of Staff to Chief People Officer (all genders), you’ll work closely with our Chief People Officer on all strategic People initiatives that drive our organization’s growth and cultural development. This includes a broad variety of topics incl. leading efforts in organizational design, change management, talent acquisition strategies, and the implementation of effective employee development programs. We want to build a tech heavy, AI driven People Team which differentiates itself from common People Teams. You will be one of the key driving forces to ensure this strategy builds into all people related aspects. This role involves high-level interactions with Avi’s leadership team across various departments, offering you the opportunity to quickly ascend and become a key leader within our organization.
CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Strategic HR Management, Organizational Development, or a related role within a high-growth organization.
- You possess a deep understanding of people metrics and the ability to use data to inform people strategies.
- You are equipped with deep change management expertise able to lead major initiatives bringing our organization through different evolution steps.
- You have expertise in HR systems and tools, and enjoy building and implementing programs that enhance employee experience.
- Enhancing productivity through AI is something you tapped into already, you made first experiences how to build this into major people programs.
On the personal side you ideally describe yourself as the following:
- You are self-motivated, independent, and exhibit strong organizational and project management skills
- you are tech savvy and curious to stay on top of the latest tech developments for people teams
- Quick and independent learner, open to diving into and understanding diverse topics.
- Resilient, able to navigate challenging situations with confidence.

Your salary for this role will be (depending on experience & seniority):
€85.000 - €105.000 gross per year plus an attractive ESOP package
