REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to use structured and unstructured data to make compelling, data-led arguments
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, highly organized, and can successfully manage various processes across teams and projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse environment.
- English and Mandarin Chinese fluency required.
- 5-6 years of relevant working experience in management consulting, a strategy role or a similar role in a tech start-up.
- Strong track record of making sound decisions backed by excellent judgment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and operating with a sense of urgency.
- A deep understanding of the payments and fintech industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO and executive team across the company, develop and support key company initiatives to ensure alignment with investors’ objectives.
- Participate and lead key internal and external meetings, developing agendas and pre- and post-meeting materials to drive rigor and follow-through in decision-making.
- Manage all reporting requirements which includes creating compelling, persuasive informational materials for both internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with the MAS regarding all operational related matters as a licenced Financial Institution
- Managing the full spectrum, starting from researching to identifying to liaising, providing comparative matrix and onboarding strategic partners such as: Banks, Payment Partners, Tech Partners, Analytical Aggregators and Law Firms.
- Provide thought leadership by acting as an advisor in reviewing business plans and goals in alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Keep abreast of key industry and country developments, and competitors’ responses. Run relevant benchmarking and intelligence gathering exercises, with a view to making recommendations to C-level executives, as needed.
- Involved in strategic internal projects for major internal initiatives working, such as geographic and product expansion. Collaborate closely with commercial / GTM organization to help design and operationalize strategies around key account management, pricing.
- Oversee day-to-day operations which includes delivering and implementing key actions, communications, and initiatives directed by the CEO and the executive team.
- Identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
- Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects
