About the role
Are you ready to lead the operations of a dynamic, growing, and innovative organisation? Accoras is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to drive their mission of delivering exceptional services to those in need.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the service delivery function, managing risk, compliance and contract deliverables. As part of the Executive Team, you will also contribute to key strategic decision-making and strategy implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with executive management to develop and implement a forward-looking service delivery strategy that aligns with the organisation’s mission and values
- Establishing performance metrics and continuously monitoring and evaluating delivery service outcomes to identify areas for improvement
- Fostering a culture of innovation and maintaining high-quality standards across all delivery service channels
- Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and accountability
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery partnerships
We would expect your experience to be underpinned by qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or similar, with proven experience in service delivery leadership, preferably in healthcare or mental health environments. Operational acumen, informed by data, will have enabled your track record in optimising processes and achieving continual improvement to create a culture of operational excellence.
