Tasks
- Lead daily operations of the company
- Oversee finance and accounting
- Design and implement business strategies and procedures
- Manage and monitor quarterly goals setting and achievement
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Monitoring KPIs to ensure organizational health
- Functional Team Lead to the commercial team
Requirements
- Several years in similar/relevant positions in a startup/small company
- Track record of successfully scaling a SaaS business, ideally B2B
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills and unconditional will to succeed
- Diligent and prescient personality, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Strongly focused on achieving effective outcomes
- Fluent in English, ideally also German
