Description:
- Develop and implement strategic plans, objectives, operational policies and procedures
- Lead and oversee day to day operations
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and external partners
- Provide guidance and support to department heads
- Manage Budgets and Financial Forecast
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare management or any related fields
- Proven experience as a Senior Leadership role in healthcare setting/industry
- 5 days work week (9am - 6pm)
