JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in business transformation, data, and technology.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position in the consulting or technology sector.
• Strong expertise in data-driven business transformation and technology implementation.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and achieving business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Implement and drive business transformation initiatives leveraging data and technology to improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business strategies and operational plans.
• Provide business and technology consulting, strategy formulation, and portfolio management services to clients.
• Lead efforts in business and operating model innovation to enhance client outcomes and company offerings.
• Develop and deliver coaching and training programmes focused on innovation and best practices.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, academic institutes, and professional communities to foster growth and collaboration.
• Uphold and promote the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and strong governance principles.
