We are building the infrastructure for decentralized AI development at scale. We aggregate global compute and enable researchers to collaboratively train state-of-the-art models through distributed training across clusters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of successful leadership in fast-paced, high-growth technology startups, preferably in the AI or blockchain space.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and protocols.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong business sense and financial management skills, with experience in fundraising and investor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for the potential of decentralized AI to drive positive global impact, aligned with Prime Intellect’s mission and values.
• Network within the decentralized AI ecosystems, with connections to key players and thought leaders preferred.

ROLE

As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be a key driver in shaping our strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of our decentralized AI protocol. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional operational expertise, strong technical understanding, and the ability to navigate the complex landscape at the intersection of AI and decentralization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define and implement the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with our mission to democratize AI.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of company operations, establishing efficient processes, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement to support rapid growth.
• Protocol Oversight: Collaborate with the Head of Protocol to ensure the successful development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of our decentralized AI protocol.
• Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across various functions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the broader decentralized AI community.
• Financial Management: Work with our fractional CFO to develop and manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial stability and growth.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of security and ethics.
