With a strong presence in 17 countries across Europe and with ambitious growth plans, we are committed to expanding our reach and impact even further.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chief Organisation Officer with a proven track-record of scaling technology companies internationally. You will work closely with / be the key partner for the CEO in scaling No Isolation to a globally leading edtech company focused on addressing the increasing societal issue of school absence and mental health amongst children and young people.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead organisational development in cooperation with CEO. Organisational structure, roles and responsibilities, key processes (and owner of annual wheel?)
  • Drive international expansion, including entry to new markets
  • Build organisational capabilities through external recruitment of top talent across all disciplines and geographies
  • Lead development of development and performance management processes
  • Support building a performance culture
  • Set up and lead implementation of company-wide training, learning and development
  • Overall responsibility for all people processes, policies, and compliance, in cooperation with the People Manager. Overall responsible for HR Operations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding organisational topics and people management
