We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chief Organisation Officer with a proven track-record of scaling technology companies internationally. You will work closely with / be the key partner for the CEO in scaling No Isolation to a globally leading edtech company focused on addressing the increasing societal issue of school absence and mental health amongst children and young people.
Key responsibilities
- Lead organisational development in cooperation with CEO. Organisational structure, roles and responsibilities, key processes (and owner of annual wheel?)
- Drive international expansion, including entry to new markets
- Build organisational capabilities through external recruitment of top talent across all disciplines and geographies
- Lead development of development and performance management processes
- Support building a performance culture
- Set up and lead implementation of company-wide training, learning and development
- Overall responsibility for all people processes, policies, and compliance, in cooperation with the People Manager. Overall responsible for HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding organisational topics and people management
