    The team
    ASIC’s People & Development team is responsible for delivering exceptional initiatives that are aligned with business strategy across the full employee lifecycle. The team creates the environment for our people to make confident decisions, achieve ambitious regulatory outcomes and thrive as individuals.
    The role
    The Chief People, Culture and Transformation Officer is responsible for leading the team and developing and implementing a human capital plan that enables ASIC to achieve its vision and mission. The role will champion and drive the organisation’s people, culture and transformation strategies.
    This role is located in Sydney or Melbourne but other locations may be considered.
    About you
    We are looking for someone with extensive experience leading and developing people and workforce strategies.
    You will have a demonstrated sound record in successful organisational change initiatives with the ability to create and foster a unified and performance driven culture.
    Extensive experience working at senior executive levels with ability to maintain a broad set of stakeholder relationships in a complex environment is essential. Establishing and embedding a contemporary HR operating model and change function will also be highly regarded.
