Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in program management, with at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of disability services, including best practices, regulations, and funding streams.
• Experience with program development, evaluation, and quality improvement processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
