Resycure is a B2B marketplace startup dedicated to reducing plastic waste and revolutionizing the recycling industry, working with both recyclers and large brand owners. As we embark on an ambitious journey to become the leading facilitator of plastic recycling, we are seeking a visionary and seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to join us as a Co-Founder. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future and lead our organization to new heights.
Location: Germany - Remote (Mannheim/Munich preferred)

Industry Passion and Know How: Deep passion and understanding of B2B sales to Brand Owners, be it enterprise or medium-size companies, ideally on physical products and services in sectors like home care, cosmetics, food and drinks.
Network Strength: A robust network in our industry, aiding rapid growth and market penetration.
Marketplace Acumen: Experience in marketplace dynamics, particularly in bringing up both sales and supply side.
Packaging and Recycling Insights: A background in packaging and/or recycling would complement the role.

Responsibilities:

Leadership in Sales and Marketing: Build and lead an exceptional sales, marketing and customer success team, driving growth across multiple regions.
Growth Targets: Lead and drive sales operations, aiming for above market growth and market leadership across multiple regions.
Hands-On Approach: Start with hands-on sales activities, including direct client interaction, and rapidly evolve these into a scalable, efficient sales model.
Organizational Impact: Infuse the organization with a dynamic startup mindset, shaping our strategies and operations.
