Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for an action oriented Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of winning sales strategies across geographies, cultivate a high-performing sales team, and forge strategic partnerships to accelerate Fabrum’s growth and establish us as a leader in cryogenic solutions, including the emerging hydrogen economy.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and implement sales strategies which generate sustainable recurring revenue growth based on Fabrum’s unique intellectual property
  • Engineer and drive a high performance sales cycle from lead generation, through qualification and sales to handover and customer success.
  • Leverage Fabrum’s strengths to develop value propositions, product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies and innovative pricing models which ensure revenue growth is diversified.
  • Build strong relationships with global strategic partners to cement Fabrum’s place as a critical part of their value chains.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong experience with high-value B2B sales processes for physical products and projects, engineering projects preferred
  • The ability to develop, set, and drive a strategic vision for sales and marketing
  • Proven experience driving growth in fast paced environments and rapidly changing markets
  • Ability to innovate to spark and capture strategic opportunities
  • Hands on skills to develop your team and get things done fas
