Description:
YOUR SKILLS:
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior talent acquisition role and at least 4 years leading people.
- Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree a plus.
- Proven track record creating high-performance teams at a growing organization.
- Strong business acumen with a discerning eye for talent.
- Experience developing and implementing ATS and training programs a huge plus.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus.
- Law firm experience preferred.
- Reliably commute to or planning to relocate to Los Angeles, CA (90010).
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Attract and recruit top talent across various levels of the organization.
- Build and develop a high-performance talent management team.
- Develop and monitor TA key performance indicators.
- Boost the firm’s employer brand with potential candidate pools.
- Track and report on turnover rates.
- Coordinate recruiting events to raise awareness of the firm.
- Coach and manage TA team.
- Work collaboratively with HR and hiring managers.
- Create a TA culture of continuous improvement.
- Build pipeline for future positions.
- Develop law school recruitment program.
- Increase the success rate of new hires and decrease the time it takes from other team members to find them by:
- Continuously building and managing a strong pool of outstanding candidates for current and future potential positions;
- Developing systems to more deeply assess likely performance for prospective new hires; and ensuring “must haves” and “nice to haves” are spot on and effectively assessed in hiring processes.
