Responsibilities:
We’re looking for an experienced industry leader for the role of Chief Technology Officer.
You will be leading, advising and providing technical guidance on a wide range of client and projects focused on optimising cell culture processes, with the aim of turning these into commercial manufacturing processes that are low-cost, efficient and sustainable. You will be guiding the design of experimental programs including process design using a DOE approach, process intensification including perfusion, and scale up using appropriate scaling parameters. You will be directing and managing R&D projects, and will be responsible for the quality of data collection. You don’t need to be an expert in all, but you need to be able to adapt your skillset to each given challenge.
This role will utilise your skills or understanding in:
- Animal cell culture requirements across various scales and methodologies.
- Design of Experiments.
- Data analysis of complex data sets.
- Leading a team of people to deliver project goals.
- Safe working practices in a life science lab.
