Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire technology landscape for the organisation, including IT operations, website management, systems, data, integration and cybersecurity.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation of agreements, and oversight of service level agreements.
- Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technology team.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on technology-related matters.
- Remain hands-on support in the areas of incident management and troubleshooting of technical issues and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in areas such as data security and privacy
