Description:
Salary: $2800 > Degree $2200 > Diploma Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 9pm - 630pm Location: Caldecott Contract Period: 1 year
ob Responsibilities:
- Support officers in administrative tasks related to case management, and referral to community agencies.
- Support the safety planning, monitoring and engagement of children and young persons known to CPS for concerns over their safety and well-being.
- Plan and manage out-of-home placement and related transport support for children and young persons, and provide onsite support for admission into and discharge from interim and long term placements.
- Work closely with community agencies to provide services for children who are in need of statutory guidance or care and protection because of abuse, neglect and abandonment.
Any other related work as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in working with vulnerable children
- Experience in operations related work
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
