Description:
This role will involve working as a member of the Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Team to provide therapy and support to children who have difficulties with speech, language and communication needs.
The role will involve working as a member of a project team to support the role out of evidenced-based screening tools and interventions to children with social communication difficulties, and their families.
You will be implementing screening tools and interventions to children with social communication difficulties to ensure best outcomes.
You will also be supporting the wider Stockport Family to embed these social communication screening tools and interventions across Universal services such as Health Visiting. You will also work closely with the SLT project leads and supervisors as well as with colleagues in the Child Development Unit.
