CRITERIA:

• Has the right to work in Singapore
• Approachable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help our patients get well
• Super motivated, proactive and dependable
• Has at least 2 years of a similar role or in healthcare industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities will include:

• Appointment management for a private chiropractic clinic
• Advising patients about home help under the guidance of a Chiropractor
• Providing new patients with the information they will need to feel confident at their first appointment and thereafter
• Working with the rest of the team to ensure a calm and well-managed practice is maintained
• Taking payments for treatments
• Discussing care and treatment plans with patients
• Ad Hoc admin work by management
