Chiropractic Clinic Assistant/Therapist

PART TIME (INCLUDES PM & WEEKENDS)

My Chirocare is looking for energetic and charismatic souls to fill in the position of Chiropractic clinic assistant. We value applicants who possess the following:

• Positive, fun and friendly attitude with good organizational skills
• Willing to learn and have initiative
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• PC/computer literacy
• Able to communicate in English
• Good communication with excellent service-oriented attitude
• Experience in hospitality (dealing with customers face-to-face) are welcome but not essential
• Singaporeans/PRs only
• Able to work certain weekdays and weekend. Looking at at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend per week with at least 15hours/week.

Candidates with no prior experience are welcome. On-the-Job training will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION (INCLUSIVE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Assisting chiropractic doctors in the clinic
• Registration of patients
• Assisting patients with their appointments/treatments
• Administration duties
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls
• Handling payments
• General housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and tidy
• Expected to work on some weekday night and weekends
