Chiropractor Wanted for our Scoliosis Clinic!

We are looking for 2 physiotherapist/chiropractor or rehabilitation specialist to join our clinic.
Location: Orchard Road
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm Sat 8am - 1pm

• Assessment and Diagnosis
• Conduct thorough physical assessments to evaluate customers’ range of motion, strength, posture, balance, and functional abilities

• Analyze customers’ medical histories and diagnostic test results to identify underlying causes of physical issuesDiagnose and classify physical conditions, injuries, and disabilities, and develop treatment plans based on assessment findings

Treatment Planning and Implementation

• Design individualized scoliosis treatment programs that include exercises, manual therapies, electrotherapy, and other appropriate interventions
• Educate customers about their conditions, treatment goals, and home exercise regimens to encourage active participation in their recovery

• Administer hands-on techniques, such as massage, joint mobilization, and manipulation, to alleviate pain and improve mobilityUse specialized equipment and modalities to provide therapeutic interventions, such as shockwave therapy, spinal decompression and others.

Progress Monitoring and Adjustment

• Regularly assess customers’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to achieve desired outcomes

• Document customer responses, treatment efficacy, and any changes in conditions to maintain accurate medical recordsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

Customer Education and Prevention

• Educate customers on proper body mechanics, posture, and ergonomics to prevent future injuries and maintain physical well-beingProvide guidance on lifestyle modifications, exercises, and strategies to enhance overall health and prevent recurrence of issues

Research and Professional Development

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in physiotherapy techniques, technologies, and research to provide evidence-based careAttend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
• Preferably 3 year of practice experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform hands-on techniques
• Compassion, patience, and empathy in dealing with customers
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and organized patient records

• Recognised Diploma/Degree in PhysiotherapyConditional or Full Registration granted by Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
