YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experienced knowledge of Chromeleon CDS
  • Broad knowledge of chromatography instrumentation, such as HPLC, GC, IC & Mass Spec
  • Good knowledge of Windows network environments, SQL Server and Oracle databases
  • Organized demeanor with ability to prioritize and occasionally work under stress in a matrix corporation
  • Customer-focused and professional demeanor
  • Good interpersonal communication (written and oral) in English and preferably a second language
  • Willingness to travel 50% or greater of working time over any 1-year period, focused primarily on the DACH region

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist services and consulting engagements for Chromeleon and Ardia Chromatography Data Systems including implementations, end-user training, administration training and implementation mentorship
  • Develop, implement, and help deliver a training program to ensure that our customer’s learning and development strategy is aligned with the needs of the business. Identify and deliver improvements to training processes and documentation
  • Project facilitation of regional and global projects, including detailed and time-bound project plans, timeline management and responsibility for communication of blocking issues
  • Represent our team in a positive and professional manner in all engagements with Thermo Fisher Scientific customers, both external and internal
  • Supply to customer allegiance by building strong customer relationships and promoting an excellent customer experience
  • Help on continuous improvement through our Practical Process Improvement Business System
