About the job

• Deliver collections management services to SBS
• Review AR ageing reports
• Perform collection & dunning
• Contacting customers (phone calls, emails) for collection or resolution of aged receivables, regularly collecting and analysing Customer data
• Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
• Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility

About you

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Min. 30 hour/week
• Ongoing studies preferably in the field of finance, accounting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
• Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
• Team player, able to work collaboratively and transversally with Ci2C front line teams with an end to end mindset
• Good communication skills
• Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines
• Attentive to detail and works with precision
