Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to work within Lending Transformation & Enablement Training and User Support within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), to assist with delivery of strategic and transformational CIB LTE initiatives supporting CIB Markets, Banking and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lines of business. In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of strategic and transformational CIB LTE initiatives supporting CIB Markets, Banking and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lines of business
  • Support execution & prioritization process of strategic CIB LTE roadmap and change management initiatives, including dependency projects/initiatives
  • Deliver comprehensive training to new/existing CIB users as well as user support team members, including in-tool, in-person & virtual support channels
  • Create best-in-class and client-focused training & user support materials, including job aids, control procedures and process guides
  • Lead and support a global team that provides user support for LTE applications and CIB business users, including user access management
  • Support end-to-end testing process in coordination with Journey/Enabler teams by participating in UAT test strategy & planning, defect remediation & testing artifacts
  • Champion best-in-class user intake process, ensuring all feedback (e.g., defects & enhancements) is documented, assigned & prioritized
  • Ensure that change management (communication & training) and user experience (adoption) is a key focus
