Responsibilities:
The Administration Coordinator acts as they first point of liaison for all administrative matters relating to the Institute. You’ll play an important role in coordinating both internal and external Insititute communications, such as the newsletter, social media, public events, seminars, lectures, and internal meetings and boards. Your role will work across a range of activities spanning the operations of the Cambridge Institute for Music Therapy Research (CIMTR), coordinating activity and collaborating with colleagues outside of CIMTR as necessary to deliver defined outcomes.
You will have a degree, be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level, or will have a demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD relevant to the role. You’ll have appropriate work experience, including knowledge of Music Therapy, and also experience coordinating events, organising workloads and projects, and coordinating IT platforms and virtual files. You will also need to be comfortable coordinating external communications through social media platforms, website and email mailboxes. The role will be working with many different types of people and positions in the University.
