Job location at Darwin
Remuneration: Salary $93,858.96 to $98,111.52 per annum (dependent on experience). Equivalent salary range with packaging approx. $103,630 to $107,882 per annum. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) NAAFLS can offer up to $15,899 per annum of the salary, Tax-free as a fringe benefit (conditions apply).
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8:15am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Employment Type: Full-time (Contract position until 31 October 2025)
Superannuation: 11%
Leave Entitlement: 6 weeks per annum plus 17.5% leave loading
Reports To: CINOP Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the Child in Need of Protection (CINOP) Notification Scheme.
  • Develop a detailed work plan for the project in conjunction with the Project Manager and Project Cultural Lead.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, external organisations and key government agencies as required.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships and partnerships with relevant communities and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to NAAFLS policies and procedures.
  • Build a positive culture within the service which is aligned with NAAFLS’ values and Strategic Plan.
  • Participate in all staff and team meetings as required.
  • Undertake overnight travel to communities as required.
  • Undertake other duties as reasonably directed.
