    They are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their technology strategy and drive digital transformation initiatives. As the CIO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of the organization, ensuring alignment with their business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of security, reliability, and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CIO or senior technology executive, preferably within the financial services or payments industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading technology strategy, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Expertise in developing and managing complex IT systems, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to the business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate through ambiguity and change effectively.
