Job Description

  • Define the CIP Strategy, design the CIP Framework including KPIs and reporting dashboards;
  • Monitor all CIP KPIs and ensure all data is properly maintained;
  • Guide implementation of CIP vision and targets jointly with the management team;
  • Establish the CIP vision for own area of responsibility;
  • Planning, allocation and overall coordination of continuous improvement activities and team;
  • Conduct meetings w/ the CIP community, the management team and other stakeholders & w/ all departments in the SC;
  • Provide functional expertise, coach all CIP experts on how to effectively apply CIP tools and techniques (acts as expert and trainer);
  • Centralize improvement ideas and support prioritization;
  • Ensure knowledge exchange between within the CIP Community;
  • Review results and report back to management team and other stakeholders;
  • Work on removing barriers and solving cross-functional issues;
  • Run employee engagement and CIP communication activities including awareness events and reinforcement of the importance of CIP;
  • Plan, organize and coordinate all CIP events and activities in GSRO (e.g. employee/CIP awards, ideation workshops, livestream events);
  • Escalate to senior management topics which cannot be solved at his / her level;
  • Jointly responsible w/ the management team for the overall coordination and implementation of CIP Framework;
  • Support management team to identify cross functional improvement measures, including opportunities for improving the CIP Framework and strategy;
  • Other tasks in his / her area of expertise required by the Group Lead GS/OIS-EE;
  • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
  • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Diploma;
  • Language: English proficient;
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of the shared services organization, interactions between departments and interdependencies between key stakeholders;
  • Has an overall view and a good understanding of activities and processes handled in shared services;
  • Good understanding of change management processes (culture, communication, engagement);
  • Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods and tools (e.g Lean , 6Sigma, 5Why, Problem Solving, 8D etc.);
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, prioritization and efficient steering of day to day activities;
  • Able to offer guidance;
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation and interaction, able to take decisions, promotor of management decisions, excellent presentation skills;
  • Excellent coordination & time management skills in order to deal with multiple initiatives;
  • PC operating: very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook), ServiceNOW is a plus.
