WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

• Install/Maintain/Support XenApp and XenDesktop 1912 higher versions of infrastructure
• Configuration and deployment of Citrix Web Interface/Store Front Servers
• Install, configure and manage Citrix License Servers (Windows/VPX)
• Image management (Create, update using PVS)
• Monitoring Citrix infrastructure through Citrix Director
• Deep knowledge on User profile management system (Preferably on Fslogix)
• Work experience on Citrix End user client tools (Workspace, VDA)
• Experience on Packaging Application
• Application management
• Day-to-day operational management and support of the company’s enterprise class, mission-critical Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, App-V, and NetScaler environments
• Configure Citrix policies Printing/Drive Mapping
• Management and support of Windows 2016/2019,2022 Server in an enterprise network environment, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Microsoft-based system principles and practices

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience in Windows and Citrix
• Education: B.E / Any Graduate / Diploma
• Fluent English
• Good Hands-on experience on Citrix XenApp and Xendesktop 1912 & higher versions
• Good knowledge on SSL/VPN Certificates
• Deep Knowledge on Microsoft and Citrix Group Policies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills on Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and NetScaler’s
• Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management
• Good communication Skills
  Willingness to work in shifts (24 x 7 x 365 model )
  Recommended Certifications:
  VDI - CCA (Citrix),
  MCSE Cloud platform
