DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to appoint a Civil Designer in a full-time permanent position in our recently established Toowoomba office. Reporting to the Group Leader, the Civil Designer will contribute to delivering innovative solutions in all facets of land, urban subdivision projects in this region. The role will suit an experienced 12D Designer who has worked on civil projects for Councils, Transport Main Roads or private development.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
  • Interpret civil design requirements State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Interact with clients regarding project needs ensuring that expert and quality service is delivered
  • Collaborate with diverse teams nationally
