THE ROLE

Our Sydney Civil Section has a great team culture that prioritises learning and development. You will be joining a professional and collaborative team that comprises of engineers, designers, drafters, graduates and undergraduates, working on a varied scope of projects within the built environment.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming built form projects with new and existing clients, you will be leading projects whilst supported by a close-knit management team. You will be client facing, with the autonomy of leading projects from concept to construction and technical job delivery – with the support to help you succeed.
You will be part of a growing office with a great culture that includes regular team catch ups, office events and regular social activities.

KEY COMPONENTS OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Opportunity to lead project teams where you take the lead on technical delivery of civil projects across built form, road infrastructure, high density precinct development and public domain works.
• Assist junior team members in the planning of their project time each week.
• Act as a mentor to up-and-coming talented engineers.
• Contribute to technical development across the civil section.
• Take the lead on client interaction and leading project teams, attending design review meetings and design coordination.
