REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • White Card & Drivers Licence is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction project management, demonstrating proficiency in leading successful projects from start to finish.
  • Extensive TMR (Department of Transport and Main Roads) experience, ensuring a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in civil construction project engineering, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding high standards and policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction supervision, with a focus on TMR, rail, drainage, and road projects.
  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction or similar – Advantageous
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources efficiently, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with on-site project teams to ensure timely project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Assist in construction planning, programming, and the implementation of quality systems to uphold industry standards.
  • Take charge of procurement processes, subcontractor management, cost tracking, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to policies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities by managing multiple projects simultaneously with finesse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Utilise your TMR experience, particularly in floodways, to contribute to project success.
  • Knowledge of P Schedule is advantageous, enhancing project planning and scheduling efficiency.
  • Previous rail experience is highly beneficial, providing insight into specialized construction requirements.
  • Leverage your expertise in drainage systems to ensure effective water management on construction sites.
  • Bring your experience in road civil works to the forefront, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
