Job Description: On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their team and focus on civil litigation and personal injury matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing clients in legal disputes, providing expert advice and advocacy to achieve positive resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in civil litigation and personal injury law.
Proven track record of handling a variety of personal injury cases, from initial assessment through to resolution.
Strong litigation skills, including negotiation, advocacy, and dispute resolution.
Excellent legal research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of civil litigation and personal injury matters, including but not limited to:
Road traffic accidents
Workplace accidents
Medical negligence
Public liability claims
Conduct legal research and analysis to assess the merits of cases and develop effective strategies.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and correspondence.
