The Civil project engineer role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of capital projects, from scoping and business case development through to approvals, procurement, construction management, commissioning and hand over.

Responsibilities:

Develop project delivery plans including scope, budget and timelines
Accountability for project capex budget including cost reporting
Accountability for project schedule development and tracking
Managing multiple projects at once according to agreed priorities
Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders including site managers and SEQ, to enable effective delivery and minimal impact to operations.
Develop project progress reports for presentation to Steering groups and internal stakeholders
Grow the Bingo Zero Harm culture both internally and externally
Strong focus on Zero harm at all times, safely leading works through delivery and without impacting the environment
Development and review of Safety Management Plans in consultation with SEQ
Participation in Safety in Design workshops
Leading site safety walks with internal and external parties and tracking of actions
