Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Civil/Structural Technician to provide Technical support with regard to reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance on buildings and structures within the service level requirements.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Good knowledge of buildings and building infrastructure
• Good knowledge of planned maintenance on building and civil infrastructure.
• Incident / Accident Investigations
• OHS Act Requirements
• Environmental Act Requirements
• National Building Regulations
• Labour Relations
• Risk Assessments
• Report writing
• Knowledge of tools and materials used in the assigned area of responsibility
• Good knowledge of Building structures and roof trusses.

QUALIFICATIONS

• N 6 / National Diploma Civil Engineering- Structural Engineering
• 5 years min experience post trade test with management experience
