COMPANY
IEPro are currently working with a Civil Contractor who are looking for a Supervisor to join their team. They are a respected and locally-owned company who provide a dynamic and innovative asphalting service with expertise in asphalt manufacturing, construction, testing, haulage, traffic management, profiling, stabilisation, spray seal & line marking.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience as a Supervisor in the road surfacing industry
- Main Road construction experience (e.g, DTMR, MRWA, RMS)
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Good relationship builder both internally and externally
- Strong leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising day to day operations
- Completing pre-starts, SWMS, audits and reports
- Managing & motivating a dedicated workforce
- Managing & driving safety, quality and environmental initiatives within the workplace
- Coordinating and monitoring upcoming works
