About the role

KEY COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Highly experienced in the rail industry and proven track record working in railway civils and/or infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities, with a knack for meeting deadlines.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in CMREA / CSM / CENELEC standards.
- Familiarity with the Canadian Railway System, including CMREA, is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, ensuring adherence to company procedures and standards.
- Develop innovative tools and techniques, drawing from global best practices to meet client needs.
- Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide subject matter expertise to clients.
- Represent Ricardo in client meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.
- Contribute to the growth of our North American business through excellence in client service.
