A day in the life of a Customer Journey Expert
- Query, manipulate and analyse data to create various data listings that will be used for data cleaning and data quality improvement
- Map, monitor, improve and test processes and journeys related to the management of business customers’ data
- Work closely together with colleagues within Customer Data, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Technology departments
