My client is a leading law firm who is extremely successful in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. Their Clin Neg Department is both Legal 500 and Chambers accredited and forms an integral part of this successful firm. They want a candidate who has the correct and appropriate experience for them to hit the ground running in this role but almost more importantly, they are really looking for someone with the initiative and drive to be a self-starter at their firm and get the job done right but well, keeping in mind the most favourable outcome for the clients.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to be based at their Huddersfield Office. Ideally suitable for someone with approximately 2 years PQE and who demonstrates the skills and knowledge we are looking. There is also an opportunity for flexible hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor being capable of working with a degree of autonomy and possess the drive to succeed.

Applicants should possess the following skills and experience:

  • strong IT skills
  • a high degree of initiative and the ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • excellent communication skills and a desire to use these to promote the team and the firm both internally and externally
  • a willingness to learn, to drive your own career progression and to be proactive in achieving this
