We are looking for a Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Service team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities include processing claims, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with clients and other team members. The successful candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and adept at problem-solving. REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the claims team, including data entry, and preparing claims files for lodgment
- Assist the wider claims team in the management of claims, from initial notification to final settlement
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for claim processing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims
- Collaborate with the claims team to ensure efficient and effective claims handling
