CLAIMS ADVOCACY SPECIALIST - FINANCIAL LINES

We’re looking for a Claims Advocacy Specialist to join our growing Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) team in Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4–6 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge in general claims
  • CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualification;
  • Diploma/Degree holder or ACII/AAII qualifications and equivalent preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive manner

Responsibilities:

  • delivery of claims and coverage assessments and advocacy to resolve issues for the team and for Aon Singapore’s clients;
  • liaisons with clients, insurers, adjusters/legal counsels and other stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and support throughout the claims handling process;
  • negotiations with clients, insurers, adjusters, and technical consultants;
  • collaboration with internal teams, including brokers, underwriters and operations staff to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of claims issues
  • provision of loss analysis/claims report and regular claims review with all stakeholders;
  • data management and maintenance of the team’s claims folders as well as the Claims Reporting Platform (CRP
