The Claims Administration Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient processing and administration of provider claims and participant reimbursements, as well as managing complex claims processes.
This role involves leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve claims processing excellence, oversee accurate and compliant invoicing processing, and maximize provider and participant education opportunities.

The Team Leader is responsible for driving exceptional customer service, monitoring performance, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.

  • Oversee the standard and complex claims process
  • Monitor workloads and allocate resources effectively

Let’s talk about you

you have demonstrated ability to motivate and support a team with an emphasis on coaching and development. You have exceptional interpersonal skills for promoting collaboration and conflict resolution. Along with this, other skills that will set you up for success are;

  • Previous experience in high-volume processing environments
  • Good attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proven results in creating teams that a aligned and motivated
  • Genuine empathy and desire to achieve positive outcomes for participants and stakeholders
  • Leadership certification or training
  • Previous experience in the Disability sector, specifically in a leadership role
  • Advanced knowledge of NDIS pricing arrangements
