Overview:
We are looking for a Claims Administration Assistant to support our Workers Compensation Claims teams.
This role may interest you if you have experience in a customer service based role and ideally, demonstrated administrative/office support skills.
If you are studying and/or qualified in areas such as Administration, Business, Allied Heath (or similar disciplines), or are looking to enter/re-enter the workforce this too may be a good opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our claims teams by completing and sending letters, arranging medical appointments/Independent Medical Assessments, conducting appointment reminders, contacting workers and employers as directed around gathering of information, sending emails and other administrative duties
  • Utilising systems and programs for records keeping, file notes and contacts
  • Ensuring all customers receive the support and guidance they require for injured workers to recover and make a safe and sustainable return to work through the effective support to the claims and premium operations

Qualifications:

  • Recent work experience within a customer service focused role and a passion to service customers
  • Experience providing administrative support
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communications skills
  • PC literacy and Microsoft Office experience
