Overview:
Due to an internal promotion, we are searching for a dedicated Claims Assistant to work within our Specialty Claims team supporting our Specialty Claims Consultants. This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with a flexible hybrid approach, working in our Sydney CBD office or our newly opened Parramatta office and WFH.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Claims Consultants
  • Inputting data from legal invoices
  • Adhoc project work
  • Providing high level customer service to all internal and external partners
  • Managing a small portfolio of settled claims
  • Handling daily workflow and providing administrative support to maintain client service standards

Qualifications:

  • Administration experience/knowledge of general business and administrative practices
  • Experience in client services or data entry
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Admirable customer service skills
  • PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office including experience Working From Home with Microsoft Teams
