  We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our National team as a Claims Consultant. Working in a team of Claims Specialists, you will ‎‎be part of a ‎supportive team pursuing excellence in customer service.
  As a Club Marine Claims Consultant, you’ll be there to assist our customers when they need us most. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and strive to meet our customer’s expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to every customer.

• Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries,
• Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive trusted customer experience.
• Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points
