- $70,000 - $75,000 + super + incentives
- Hybrid role, based in Camberwell / (3days in the office/2 WFH)

We are presently seeking 2 x Claims Consultants to join their Camberwell team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional claims experiences to clients, along with the confidence and expertise to proficiently analyse and resolve claims.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a 2 talented Claims Consultant with a passion for client advocacy and:
- Cert IV in General Insurance OR Tier 2 (Desirable)
- Experience in a claims role with property claims (2+ years)
- Knowledge of General Insurance Code of Practice & an understanding of underwriting or claims principles.
- Excellent communication skills
- High level attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Based in Camberwell, the Eastern Suburb of Melbourne, you will be a valuable member of a close-knit team, reporting directly to the Claims Team Leader. Your role will involve managing the entire process from lodgement to settlement for a portfolio of claims, focusing on Domestic Property, Landlord, and Holiday homes. Technical support and training will be provided as needed.
- Lodgement to settlement management of all claims
- Liaise with the insured, brokers, property managers, loss adjusters and trades in review of claims
- Correspond to all emails in an efficient and timely manner
- Ability to work towards deadlines and KPI’s
- Actively adhere to GICOP guidelines
