We have 2 exciting opportunities for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Property Claims team as a Claims Consultant - Property (Domestic) and Claims Consultant - Property (Commercial). Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in BAU Commerical & Domestic property claims, with strong technical knowledge. You’ll be comfortable negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders, along with an ability to communicate complex information, both verbally and written.

• Managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations.
• Developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement
