THE ROLE:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for Recoveries Consultants to join our team in North Lakes.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can manage a portfolio of recovery claims end to end with tenacity, deliver quality outcomes consistently, and chase down results.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail, the ability to make a logical argument, and be able to think on your feet.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Manage a portfolio of recoveries files
• Collecting information to form liability arguments relating to motor vehicle accidents
• Chasing and negotiating recovery outcomes with other insurers and third partiesUnderstanding and applying the relevant legislation including the General Insurance Code of Practice, Australian Debt Recovery Guidelines, Australia Privacy Principles, and other internal business processes
