Responsibilities:

We are offering an opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to join our team. The position is a full time permanent position. The successful candidates’ tasks will include, however are not limited to:

  • Registering new jobs into out claims into our main job management system.
  • Planning and booking estimator appointments based on location and type
  • Triaging incoming calls and direct to the appropriate area of the business.
  • Submitting quotes and reports to clients through dedicated portals, as required.
  • Arranging specialist reports and make-safe trades as required.
  • Supporting customer enquiries and facilitate the resolution of those enquiries
  • Assisting in meeting client service levels by responding quickly and flexibly to urgent matters, client requirements and any business priority that arises and regularly update client portals accordingly.
  • Providing administrative support through the processing of jobs, invoices, archiving and other duties as required.
  • Reacting and respond quickly and flexibly to urgent matters, client requirements and any business priority that arises as directed by the leadership or management teams.
  • Providing general administration support to all areas of the business as otherwise required.
