As we expand, we’re seeking a talented Claims Handler & Financial Services Co-Ordinator to join our agency team in Middlewich.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and possesses a proactive, can-do attitude with previous experience in, or some knowledge of, Financial Services. While prior experience in claims handling or a regulatory environment is advantageous, it’s not essential as we offer a comprehensive training programme to equip you with the necessary skills.

In this role you will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing insurance claims, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring timely resolutions.
You will also manage our financial services leads, identifying a client’s requirements and taking the necessary information to determine which channel to distribute it too. This includes managing the agency’s diary for the Financial Adviser.
