Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Are you ready to revolutionize the world of insurance claims? We’re seeking a talented individual who is passionate about driving process efficiency and enhancing customer outcomes.
As a Claims Optimisation Specialist, reporting directly to our Head of Claims Operations, you’ll be at the forefront of simplifying and automating processes, making insurance easier and more accessible for everyone.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven experience in analysing and optimising processes within a similar industry.
  • Experience in claims analysis or process improvement preferred.
  • Transactional process experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey recommendations and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Understands the customer perspective and commercial implications to support process improvement.
  • Growth mindset - challenges the status quo, self-starter, curious, pays attention to detail.
  • Engages well with people, builds strong working relationships, and manages stakeholders well.
